Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Cosmic Nest. I want every order to feel special, but because some items are made to order, handmade, limited, or prepared specifically for each customer, returns and exchanges may be limited.

Made-to-Order Items

Some apparel, printed items, pet goods, accessories, and other products are made to order. These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Made-to-order items may include, but are not limited to:

Apparel
Printed accessories
Pet bandannas
Totes, hats, umbrellas, and similar printed products
Any item marked as made to order

Books, Jewelry, and Ready-to-Ship Items

Books, bookmark jewelry, jewelry, and ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return depending on the condition of the item and the timing of the request.

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact The Cosmic Nest within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item
A photo of the packaging, if damaged
A brief description of the issue

If the issue is approved, a replacement, exchange, or refund may be offered depending on the item and availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Made-to-order items
Customized or personalized items
Used or worn items
Items not in original condition
Final sale items
Digital products, if applicable
